FC Alpha in the Fenton Trophy final at Dagenham & Redbridge
Saturday 23 May, 14:00: the biggest game in the club's history so far, against Get Rich Together.
After beating Chadwell Heath Spartans in the semi-final, FC Alpha's senior team reached the final of the Fenton Trophy. The final was played on Saturday 23 May at 14:00 at the Dagenham & Redbridge stadium (RM10 7XL), against Get Rich Together.
The club, founded in 2019 by Vasile Roșca, has risen quickly in Essex football. The senior squad is made up largely of players from Moldova and Romania, and alongside it the club runs FC Alpha Academy in Basildon.
The academy children were at the stadium too, and the club thanked every supporter who came to back the team on one of the most important days in its history.
